Chinonso Aguzie was born and raised in Ideato South Local Government Area, Imo state, in the eastern part of Nigeria. He was only seven when he left home for Orlu, his maternal home. He spent most of his childhood living with his grandma who was a very skillful orator and a storyteller, who made Chinonso to spend most evenings listening to folktales from his grandma. He studied Marketing at the Federal Polytechnic Owerri, Imo State. An educator, and entrepreneur. Also, passionate about music, when he is not reading or writing, he would be writing songs and making music. The Mind of a Hero is his debut novel.
